CLOUD

Concept Coreography Installation - Lisa Rosamilia

Music Sound - Giada Bernardini

A weft of suspended cloths draws the space. Wrapped in a nebulous haze “Cloud” speaks about the suspended time,  the thought one, the memory, the thin world noisy but invisible. The imperceptible reflection of the moment where the time can stop, to open to a vision of passages, tensions, binds, ties, crisis points essential for the mutation. The scenographic installation of the show, through the use of cloths and elastics develops as a protagonist in the space, and more than being the choreographic glue and the support of the movement and the dance, it is the place where the audience is enveloped and pushed into an dreamlike world, suspended between real and fluctuating. Each spectator is involved, since the moment of the assembly work, and it’s invited to interact with the flexible rays of cloths, to dive in the transparency, to discover new points of view, tracing the passage, unique and personal, choosing the movement, where to pass by, what to move. The performance starts since the moment when the first cloths are stretched and hooked, the space changes, it creates step by step in its evolution an interactive ambient, stimulating, with big visual effect.

The language of the dance is strictly connected with the music and sound ones, and to the scenographic installation. Dance, music and scenography communicate in a thick web, symbol of the motion of thoughts, where the movement blends, decides, chooses, becomes muffled, stretches, hooks to tense lines of paths, follows them, gets wrapped in it, lets them go, gets stuck, starts them. Music and sounds follow the moment through improvisation and experimentation, through the use of unconventional instrument, objects, common use materials (e.g. paper, cloths, stones).

The peculiar trait of “Cloud” is its capability to change and turn into new shape wherever it is staged. It’s an extremely adaptable and flexible show, suitable to be staged, beside theatrical spaces, also in urban and/or natural environments.

CLOUD

Ideazione Coreografia Installazione - Lisa Rosamilia

Musiche Sonorizzazioni - Giada Bernardini
